The Faculty Room is a learning and exploration site for teachers and instructors using Moodle open-source software to enhance their teaching practice. Moodle Mentor Forums at FacultyRoom.org is a moderated instructional support community of practice (CoP) for Moodle users sponsored by Moodlerooms.

This global CoP is free, collegial and includes a diverse cross-section of online learning professionals representing a wide range of disciplines, levels and sectors. The purpose is for teachers, instructors and trainers to grow through exposure to different perspectives and to develop and sustain best practices. While Moodle Mentor Forums is moderated by a team of experienced Moodle Mentors, all community members are encouraged to share, collaborate, debate and discuss best practices for using Moodle to support online collaborations... and to extend the teaching and learning dialogue with their learners.
